they will fit an 89 however they are for stock height..
as for the track bar if you lift it you should get an adjustable one and not redrill the hole and moving it over.. i think that is really crappy way to do it.. and the bolt as far as i know of the 89 didnt have front leafs ??

why? Most kits don't include discos unless you ask for them, and no kits include leaf spring bolts.
I should have at least 4 or 5 leaf spring bolts in my shed. You can come pick them up whenever, just double check before you head over to make sure i have enough. I work in Olney if that's more convenient - i can come down and meet you in the parking lot any time 8:30-6
