don't mind one bit, just eliminates the hatch as a mount point

The dying rabbit sound coming from my wheel was just the dust shield broken and dragging on the rotor...I'm glad, that was easy

I have a painted metal dash in my pickup and it wont stay for more then a few minutes on it.. must be doing something wrong...

you should try making a magnet mount with some thin fabric over it so it won't scratch

Yeah that would be easy enough, alot easier then my plans for a non-ferrous magnet..... I mean why can't aluminum be held with magnets in this day and age?

I am wondering how overboard I should go with the magnet... I have an old magnetic mount for a dial indicator so you can mount and demount easily but then for the strong factor I also have a few 12" dead woofers laying around that I can grab magnets out of lol

lol ok i should have specified normal magnet - you're not sticking a magnet from a 12" woofer to my paint
