question though, if the rubber on the transmount is creased, does that mean its bad? i have never replaced one.

You need real CARC paint? They make substitutes that civilians can buy - I think they are a little thinner (not a prob if you spray it) and don't contain lead.

I don't need CARC though...it IS hazaardous to use,....
I just want a flat to semi gloss mil spec OD Green that cures HARD with a 1.5-2.0 mil thickness so it will hold up....something like Gillespie Coatings...which can be found here:

CARC is no more Hazardous to apply then any other paint other solvent based paint....
