Fresh set of tires installed 33/10.5/15. I I may have to get some spacers. I get a little rubbing on the control arms at full turn. I didn't care for the rims much, but its amazing what a little spray paint can do.
I also picked up one of the 12K HF winches yesterday for 299. now I need that bumper!

I had to use a different drive shaft. I used the driveshaft that came off the 8.25 axle donor. I felt like the stock DS for the D35 was too long. I had to compress it too far/fully to fit it.
If you plan on replacing the u-joints, do it ahead of time. I fought with mine and it took me longer to change the u-joints than the rest of the swap. I also snapped a strap bolt off in the yoke. Had to drill it out. luckily I had a set of u-bolts that I bought previously.
Also the e-brake adjuster was another slow down spot. It wasn't difficult it just took forever to loosen because of rust. PB blast it or buy a new one and swap it out.
I got 9/16 u-bolts (very beefy) from a trailer parts place for cheap. I had to open up the holes in the plates a little.
You may want to have a shock bushing on hand. I din't need one but its easy to mess up when re-installing.
