As far as the fronts are concerned I just need to use someone as a guinea pig and see how well I made my templates and really dial in on how much time and consumables I end up using.

Self entitled slackers. I am a manager...and the things people say to me....OMG. I have to tell you, I was raised by a military father, I did six years in myself, and have a certain code and respect for authority. I also feel like there are some things you just don't share with your boss.

And then there is HR who won't let you fire them because they are afraid of the backlash and lawsuits.

In my day, someone got out of line, we took them down to shaft alley on the ship and kicked their *** till they saw the right path...lol

Don't EVEN get me started on the whole "everyone gets a trophy" thing...WTF is that?

Heh!! i haven't heard the term "shaft alley" since i got out of the navy in '91. and i'm 150% with you on the trophy thing, my kids will NEVER play in any league where there is no winner.
