he got the nut on fine, he just doesn't have the gonads to tighten it enough to get the pin though

ok those 2nd amendment supporters out there, handgun license, not a carry permit, any insight? I was reading about a free test to take online and mail in a reg form?

yeah, it's through the state police. I might still have the link..

30 minute online training, complete the training and mail in the certificate you get.

take it back out (carefully - don't damage the new joint or grease boot), and inspect the hole for pieces of rust or crap keeping it from seating all the way up then

ohhh Maryland and your gun laws.... i have a concealed carry permit for New Mexico and its good in Virgina and 14 other states i think.... so being in MD ,where youre barely allowed to even talk about firearms, i could drive like half an hour into VA and legally carry concealed... so dumb. MD you need to stop being so scared of guns... sorry for the rant
