9mm you have to be more precise but you can recover quicker and get off more rounds, just takes some practice you can't pray and spray and hope to stop someone. My wife carry's a HK 9mm and will double tap you in a heartbeat.

If you are not going to put in the range time. Get a mossburg pump. Just hearing the rack in a dark room would be deterrent enough for most.

Default Rear Diffrential Dana Turdy-Five going up!

Hey yall. Just got the news my rear diffrential is going up. BTW i'm Kevin, havn't been on here for a while to the newer/older people i never met. I have a red 2d XJ with 31x10.50 3 inch lift and tons of other ****.

Now to get to the point my Dana 35 is going up. I want to swap it out with a c8.25. Anyone here done that? Do you need to change anything? Or is it simple unbolt old, inbolt new. How does it work. Anyone got one for sale or know where a nice 29 spline is?

That's pretty funny considering it is Cleveland and his boss knew it wouldn't be long before he'd actually use it.

Mossberg 500 Tactical for the win. Really, though, I agree with your comments about range time.

The thing is, though, if someone breaks into your home, their adrenaline is already flowing. They're ready for a fight, and they're looking out for you. If you encounter that, you aren't expecting it. I'm sure you know adrenaline makes a massive difference in a fight, and a 9mm just won't put some people down unless you hit their heart or their head. Maybe it's unnecessary, but I feel much better with my .45 and hollowpoint rounds.

Welcome back. It's a bolt-on swap if you take one from an XJ.

Fires these:

On the left is a .223, equivalent to what we shoot from our M16s. The .45-70 is in the middle.
thats not even a handgun anymore....its a short rifle lol.
a 9mm will stop someone just fine...expecially if its like the xd9 with 16 in the clip haha.

I had the same thoughts last summer. my 9mm is sweet but I wanted something with a bit more oomph as well as something I could CC. Found a very nice compact .45 that's buttery smooth. It's my go to now. But with ammo prices on the rise again. It's not as practical to shoot as the 9mm

Just buy my D35. $75 and its already pulled for you!

Straight swap. Get the drive shaft with the 8.25 just in case, mine was too long. I saw one or two at the junk yard.
