It's complete...in great shape and has zero rust. 98 is also known as the best engine year.

$1250 is not bad for it, I am getting $1400 for mine I bought for $500..so I am getting my parts and labor back out of it...

The casting for the head...96-99 was the 0630, but the 99 had the coil packs...The block is a high nickle content block. Still did not have the crap you dealt with 99-01, so it had all the benefits without the downfalls.
