3) Oil pressure is reading low...he used FRAM...uggg...lol...but it is more than that. Almost like it is reading backwards...it goes up as it warms....probably the sender
4) The aux fan is missing...just gone...not there....and no electrical connector evident either...lol....WTF?

These are all small things though. I am sure I will find more...but so far they will all be easy fixes.

Oh...and found a stock manual XJ sunroof for sale for $60....I just always have to have one....it's a thang with me.
sounds like any used car, multiple little things wrong. i wanna put in a sunroof too. ive always wanted one, but until you i thought our roofs were structural necessitirs.

jimmy, i use FRAM oil filters. what should I be using? and seems like everyone is finding their issues recently. '

as for the 97+ guages going out. it's happened to me 3 times and I needed to get a new blinker (the module on the steering wheel) mine got messed up somehow.)

It is like a gutter mount, but mounts to the rails.(not the cross rails, but the rails the cross rails WOULD mount to)....the wind deflector is no longer there though....

I prefer Mopar. Fram are known to hold low pressure.

Many XJ's came stock with them. I have always put them in my XJ's and wheeled the **** out of them. On my 91..it was used as an escape hatch a couple times....lol

Our bodies ARE structural, but the strength of the sunroof frame makes up for the hole you cut.
