I agree with the initial assessment. You should not be charged when in defense of your family. I have thought about what i would do if that happened to one of my girls. Looks very much the same in my head.

I don't even know if I'd of been kind enough to call 911 for an ambulance to save him. Just couldn't believe people were standing up, arguing for the Mexican.
They must of been raised catholic.
