O2 Sensor Heater Failure Oxygen sensor heater element malfunction. only thing i see for this one.

Think the T-stat is out, just stuck open or came apart???? (didn't ya say you had a fan missing, also??)
or a slim chance the Temp sensor isn't playing well with the computer??
