I haven't used newegg or TD in years. I always find what I want cheaper on Amazon, Crutchfield, or 6ave.

Basically, the throwout bearing needs to be replaced. I bought a LuK clutch kit and am now tearing the transmission down. This is the job from hell Most bolts are inaccessible and stuck...

Anyway, just popping back in to say hello and that I'm still alive. I promised you guys pics of my magenta two door stick shift, so here they are:

Nice work....been there...done that. That is why I went with a no rust 98 this time...my rust was 10x worse than that.....caused me to finally sell it out of frustration.

I put a 90 tranny in a 94 and had to replace the pilot bushing ...old one came out fine...getting the new brass one in waa a *****.

I have gotten so good with the AX-15 I can drop it...rebuild it....and reinstall it in 8 hours....

Good work!....still love the magenta!

Going to see Ted now. I'm ganna ask my dad about taking the skid plates off to put on the white jeep. I'm hoping to take the white jeep to trails road the 8th. Anyone want to help me on Monday or Tuesday? To transfer the skid plates. Will involve taking the hitch off as well and then back on.

Probably not going to go to Cordelia's tomorrow. I think I am going to try and do the tow hooks and hitch in my garage in New Market. If anyone wants to come help it would be much appreciated. Send me a message for the address. Thanks.
