I wonder why? I watched this kid eat a bag of chips while his Mom was shopping and when he finished she threw the bag away. Is it shoplifting if you eat the evidence and never leave the store?

Isn't that just for inspection? It's not like they pull you over for having larger than stock tires but will fail you for inspection. I haven't been pulled over without them. It's like running without a front license plate I guess. I'll take my chances. I don't want flares anymore.
