Drifted a corner today on a wet road...accidentally. Made me a little nervous at first, and then I noticed the state trooper in front of me. He flipped his lights on for a second, his siren chirped, and then he turned it all off and gave a thumbs up when I saved it. Lucky me! Gonna go install my new headlights during this break in the rain, and headed to Growlers in Gaithersburg tonight for the meet at 6.

I'm getting an itch to head to trails rd. I'm off the week after Christmas. Anyone want to head up there?

Nice! Are you locked in the rear? Or was it just the shear hp of the 4.0 making you drift?

I "lightly" applied skinny so I could change lanes cause the guy next to me wouldn't move, and the turn was coming up. I let off the gas as I started the turn at 35, and I used gas and steering to keep control. Nobody came near me again until I parked.

Trails rd is in airville pa. A stock jeep can make it through it with a good spotter. You might taking a beating though. Lifted and locked are big pluses. I'm only lifted and can still have some fun and some scares. Lol. I'm sure everyone else can fill you in on the scares part.

Jon gets er done, just don't take his lines I'm running 3 1/2" lift and 33's, and there is sections I will not attempt until I beef up my diffs, get a locker in the front and have a winch (which will hopefully be mounted Sunday)

Trails kicked my a$$ since I'm stock. I had a great spotter but due to the wet rocks still ended up getting a rub mark on my rocker under the driver's door. I'm waiting until I get my sliders and lift installed before headed back there. Fun times though.

Trails Rd killed my 245k mile steering box, but that's it. I went through stock, with a sagging rear end and no power steering, only got hung up down by the creek when I tried a harder line.
