with the three verticals like you showed above the frame should be ok with 1"x.120. Deflection at the top will be ~.25".

If you only used 2 verticals, you would need to increase pipe size/diameter

And any gussets should be at the top where the tubes meet in the middle, or at each side, not the bottom

i actually have one in my shed. I was going to replace my broken one but if you REALLY want one...i guess

Can't imagine the piece will be more than a dollar or two though...

I'm pretty indecisive so I'm not sure yet. It's a passenger drop 44. Kinda the reason I may still use it. It would save me some money on a d300 flip kit.
