Fixed It For You.
And I just wrote an email to JCR, suggesting a look into the MJ market. I pointed out that their designs for all their parts are widely praised, and I also pointed out the very limited market for aftermarket Comanche parts. I'm sure it's already been considered, but what else was I gonna do for five minutes?

As a matter of fact, I do. It's called a video conference. But seriously, it can't be that bad.
Buy a $500 rusted out Comanche.
Have the R&D guys who are already being paid draft up some ideas
Make prototype
Take it wheeling on one of your company trips (which they do anyway) to test
I'm not saying I could afford it on my salary, but they're a big name company with a huge profit margin on their products. And any company wheeling a Comanche with custom parts and their logo is gonna get attention. Look how many times that Zone MJ has been posted on here and on Facebook.

From what I understand, the companies that make it big, like JCR, have VERY high overhead with Programmable machines...etc....and the talent to make the equipment with them. I have heard that the margins are not that big per set.
Laser cutting, CNC bending and robotic welding...CNC punches, brakes, sheers....

Say what you want, but that Wrangler didn't help me pull Mark out of the mud, and I made it through Rausch unassisted.
