I was rear ended a few months ago and the lady's insurance company said they would take care of everything. I had damage to the rear bumper, the tailgate and the plastic corner. Anyways, I fixed the bumper and the plastic corner but I'm still waiting to find a forest green tailgate at the JY. But back to the good news....

I got the check yesterday and I bought the lift today. I've been wanting to buy a 2"OME lift forever but the amount of the check was more than I thought I would ever get so I called Dirk at DPG and he talked me into the 4" Super Ultimate Kit.

OME Long Travel Shocks
OME Dual Rate Leaf Springs
OME Coil Springs & Spacers
JKS Quicker Disconnects
JKS Adj. Trackbar
JKS Adj Lower Control Arms
DOT SS Front Brakelines
New DPG HD U-Bolt Kit
DPG Front Extended Bump stops
DPG Swaybar Disco Cables
Leaf Spring Bushings
4 Degree Shims
JKS Rear High Clearance Axle Shock Mount

I'm excited about the lift. I'm going to try and install it all at the auto hobby shop on Fort Meade. Once it's installed I'm going to ask around and see if someone can weld on the JKS Shock Mounts for me (possibly pulltabmike if he's feeling up to it).

I've got no plans tonight so if anyone want to do any work on their Jeep that requires a lift I can meet them over at Ft. Meade and we can work on it until 8pm. PM me by 4 and I'll call you.

Had to blow off some steam, what better way then to work on the heep
Had Leonard @ L&L fab custom bend me a prerunner bar, went ahead and got that welded on today. Still have to weld on 2 light tabs. Once I find someone with a tubing notcher, I'll get the side bars on.

Cutting my winch plate tomorrow (hopefully) and getting that welded on.

No problem. I prob won't get it installed until the end of January. I'm trying to decide on which SYE right now. I've narrowed it down to JB Conversions or Advance Adaptors. I'd like to see if I can borrow a front driveshaft from someone once I get this installed so I can measure for the correct driveshaft and order one.

I'll let you know. I'm working on my refrigerator right now. Fan isn't working and the unit's not going into defrost so my freezer is working but the refer portion isn't. I needed to change my oil so that's why I was asking if anyone else needed anything done. They close at 9 but clean up starts at 8.

You just exponentially increased your badass factor, and the bumper looks like it belongs now!
