Mava, definitely sounds like a flush and new antifreeze is in order. Also you really should have a fan shroud. It directs the air to where it is most effective. Also you need to see if your aux fan is kicking on at 220*.

Do I just let engine run until temp reaches 210 to see if aux fan comes on?

uh, Green has a coil set-up, still not that difficult tho--i got my plugs from Jeep and they were NGK's?? werkin fine on my 2-2000's
