if there is ANY soap left in that radiator the second the thermostat opens it's gonna foam up like a washing machine with too much soap in it (didn't you ever get in trouble for doing that as a kid?)

I would have thought a pig or billy goat be a better adjective. They are either climbing rocks and such or up to their rockers in mud. Though Justin's horn did kinda sound like a duck after its dunk in the stream......

I went under the hood. The first thing I did was to make sure water was in rad,it is a nasty rust color. Checked overflow and same rusty stuff. Pulled rad cap and rusty gook was clunked up on cap. Checked to see if heat was working and it was , so I know it's not the thermostat <thanks youtube>. Based on my very limited mechanical knowledge, the rad needs to be flushed and thanks to a friend it can be done on tomorrow and I can pay her later.
My question for those with more experience, can I drive short distances until I get this done. No more than about 6 miles round trip.

I have to make money before i do charity. Since im unemployed.
As long as the rad isnt aluminum that will work.
