they come pre-gapped but I usually find at least one that's off. The electrodes can get bent pretty easily

And the fact that Chrysler said Balance your tires or get a new steering dampener? LOL!!
I would say that most of the death wobble issues on JK's we have at work are from worn ball joints. The factory joints are terrible. We have seen them go bad on Jeeps with little modifications at 15k miles. I would like to see them come out with a updated joint. We usually try to replace them with synergy joints.

Speaking if dw.mines been starting to every time I hit a bump lately, just found a bad u-joint think that might be the culprit? Also whats the process of replacing it? (Front pass side)

see, thats why I hammer mine closed.. no wrong gaps for me..

any tips for removing the tapered spacer/washer thing from the steering stabilizer out of the tie rod?? im changing tie rods and cant get the ****ing thing out

I had to drill mine out. It took many, many drill bits. I think a pickle fork would work.

Go borrow a tie rod or pitman arm puller from advance....take you 30 seconds
