Ok...I have to work in Suitland, MD for 4 days August 7-10 and it is an hour and 45 minutes from home. I don't know the area and need to make this trip as CHEAP as possible since it is a reimbursement trip and not paid for up front.

Anyone have any suggestions? Or a couch for 3 nights lol?

Just bought my stereo stuff on Ebay. Found the SAME exact product/model/part numbers on ebay and for the Harness, and Dash Adapter...I paid $17.37 USD including shipping.

Not bad at all.

I'm planning to buy from Kenwood through Amazon so I can get free two-day shipping (Prime) and the warranty is guaranteed because it's an authorized seller. But that's for my radio, of course. For the wiring, it'll be whoever is cheapest.

Good call....I picked up a Kenwood KDC-MP142 for $20 last night.

Amazon.com: Kenwood KDC-MP142 WMA/MP3 CD Receiver with Front Panel AUX Input and Remote Control: Car Electronics Amazon.com: Kenwood KDC-MP142 WMA/MP3 CD Receiver with Front Panel AUX Input and Remote Control: Car Electronics

Hell...I will take it for $20. Just needed the adapter plate and harness.

So for $37.13 Total....I will have what I need in my truck...

Can't beat that!
This is for the Camaro, and I'll be doing a real system over time. I was gonna throw in a Walmart radio for now, but I don't want to pay and do the work twice. I really wanna order one of these flush mount kits, too:
