I replaced all my speakers with these Rockfords. They sound about as good as you can get when running them off a stock head unit with tape deck. I was surprised at how difficult it is to find cassette tapes.

I am thinking 3-way since I am not adding additional speakers or amps....

Personally I've never heard a pair of 5.25 3 ways that sounded better than 2 ways. Since your not adding an amp and are going to rely on the RMS watts from the HU I'd stick with the coax in the $50 -$100 range.

$57.60 with free shipping is the cheapest I could find quickly

I don't have a whole lot of exp with Kenwood, Pioneer, or Infinity speakers. One reviewer said they distort bad at high volume. Take a look at these Kickers.

What type of sound are you looking for?

Awesome !!!! Sounds like you will need a business name. You will definitely be "The Man" now

I go to court, spend $10 for a cab. The State's Attorney says " we're dismissing this case" I'm out of court in less than an hour, and another $10 to get back home. If I were a cussing woman........

The states attorney could of said, "Bend over, and oh, we are out of lube."
