In my 01 all the speakers are 5.25 but it appears you can easily fit 6.5.
I replaced all my speakers with these Rockfords. They sound about as good as you can get when running them off a stock head unit with tape deck. I was surprised at how difficult it is to find cassette tapes.

I am thinking 3-way since I am not adding additional speakers or amps....

Personally I've never heard a pair of 5.25 3 ways that sounded better than 2 ways. Since your not adding an amp and are going to rely on the RMS watts from the HU I'd stick with the coax in the $50 -$100 range.

Rads are cheap Mava (unless you get fancy and get an all metal 3 core) so you might as well go new. They can be had for less than $50. If I were you I'd order the parts yourself and have this shop simply install them. Shops usually put a 25% mark up or better on their parts.
$57.60 with free shipping is the cheapest I could find quickly

I don't have a whole lot of exp with Kenwood, Pioneer, or Infinity speakers. One reviewer said they distort bad at high volume. Take a look at these Kickers.

SO, check this out guys. I came to a deal with my neighbor. His father is in the towing/impound business and any car left on his lot for a certain amount of time he just sends to the scrap yard and they give him $350 for them. Well from now on any XJ,CJ,TJ,YJ,JK,MJ that comes through his lot and sits the required amount of time I will have the first chance at buying them for the same as scrap value or $350 right now ![Smile](https://www.cherokeeforum.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

I go to court, spend $10 for a cab. The State's Attorney says " we're dismissing this case" I'm out of court in less than an hour, and another $10 to get back home. If I were a cussing woman........
