50 sounds good. Now i just gotta find a place for the swap. You got a cherry pick? That way i can buy the motor from garret, stop by your place, swap motor, bing bang everyone saves gas.

I was reading about that sounds like you and Green got some of the details sorted out. When are you thinking about getting started?

Well today I rode in a LJ, and a JK. Still not entirely sure what I want to get. Looking to get one of them after I start working as a CO.

If LJ it will be a rubicon. If JK it will probably be a 2 door rubicon. And yes I'm keeping the xjs and the white one will still be lifted as well.

So what do you guys think?

I think that once you do all of this, you will regret it. You will be like, ahhh i have no money. Parents will charge you rent, maybe cell phone, definitely have to pay full insurance and car payments are no fun.

But what do i know, im only 25

I've worked on quite a few of both and mechanically it's a toss up. They are both very nice jeeps. I personally like the way lj's look a bit more then the 2 door jk. The jk is also a bit more complicated to work on.

Can I remove the good hard drive and just put it in the one that had the blue screen of death and will it work or will I have to download the OS again?

Exact model #'s are:
DV2715nr - Bad hard drive. Used a 3.5 external HD in it for a little but it doesn't fit right.
DV2988nr - Daughter dropped it. Works but screen is broken and network card is ??

I thought about just swapping screens but it looks pretty difficult.
Brian, call me
