Another company arrived 2 hours later to pump the water and then the toilet was pulled. After using over 160 feet of snake they cleared the blockage and now my home smells like *****,raw sewage has ruined about 25 towels, and I'm waiting for the clean up crew to arrive.

The rest of my day has got to be better
Sorry to hear someone else is having to deal with a situation like that. My place was flooded similar to that back in July. Now we are waiting on adjusters and insurance companies to sort it out meanwhile we have to live in a place that is half torn apart.

Now...don't you love when you are repairing a system and it turns into a chain of events....

Replace freeze plug....pressure test to find a bad hose....

Replace hose....suspect my fan clutch....

Replace fan clutch....water pump is leaking at the weep hole.....

On to replace the water pump...

so starts the guessing game...what will be next (the thermostat and radiator are new)?
