nice boom sticks..
Good on you.. I think they try to play that on most people...
Register what is this myth you are talking about..
I feel like they were trying to pull the "girl card" on me. They were like....we can fix everything for you for $600. I laughed at them. They tried to tell me that needed to reseal around the headlight. I said, or I can replace the lens myself for $13. They said the rear brakes were shot, which I agreed with upon seeing them and told them I can buy all of the parts for $130 (for not the cheapest junk, but decent parts) and do it myself instead of paying you $500. Then they wanted to charge me $55 to diagnose my door locking issue. They weren't happy when I told them they were ripping me off as I walked out the door. I may be a girl, but I do know how to work a wrench and a calculator.

I 100% agree. That's what I told the person. I said it has a dang rocker switch that works just fine. When they tried to explain why it needed to work buy saying, "The power locks need to function properly in case you need to roll down the windows..." I stopped listening and walked out. I said their logic makes no sense whatsoever.

I completely disagree....but to each their own. I will NEVER drive on pavement without the front. I have witnessed the rollover it caused....and that is what "swayed" my thinking...pun intended.
