Haha, negative, on **** like gears and such that I have no ****in idea how to install. But it'll prolly just turn into free venison at a winter M&G, I think I have enough people that are gonna help me with that other ****...haha

Sounds like a party to me. I usually quarter my game after the hunt and freeze it. After that I butcher to taste.

-good for you- on the butcherin, i take mine to a guy, here in gb, and he only cuts,no dogs,bologna,etc.etc., and its boneless, and properly wrapped-n-marked, i didnt get to send him any business last year, guess that why its huntin,not killin

Very true. The only processing we do is making our own sausage and we grind it ourselves. If I get a lot of venison this year I may consider taking it somewhere for bologna or dogs. Keep in mind we had 23 deer last year. That gave us all many filets, plus 128 lbs of sausage and 30 lbs of chuck!
