Well I'm sitting on my bumpstops, so I don't imagine I'd notice a difference. Just not sure if it would handle differently.

Bohnett you still have that axle or did someone scoop it up already? That locker would look nice in my rear end.

I need to get you to weld something quick for me anyways if you're willing.

Bumpstops and shocks are what's holding me back now. I'm gonna pretend there's nothing wrong with the tire until Jon can give me some feedback. If it can be fixed, there's no reason to be stressed. If not, I'll have to figure something out.

My plan for shocks:
Front coils are 3" so 3" shocks.
My rear springs are RE 3.5s, and I'm told they underrate theirs, so I'll likely have 4-4.5" after settling. Shocks seem to be sold at 3" and at 4-5" but I'm not sure which to go for.
I was planning on putting my front 3" shocks on with the lift, and ordering rears after measuring my actual lift in the back. Would I be alright driving without rear shocks for the time it takes to ship?
Why not go w/ the 4-5" all the way around??? Gives you a little more down travel up front....
Bumpstops holding you back??? I have my rears installed, front's won't get done until I do my swap. Not stopping me.....

clown those springs shouldn't be that tall if they're used/already broken in

They're practically new. Stickers are still on and readable, and everything. They just have a little surface rust from sitting outside.

That's actually the one suspension part I'm getting fancy on. Dukie has me sold on those progressive bumpstops.

I just feel like the Replace & Upgrade rules are in effect for this, even if it's only for comfort. Any way to figure out which ones I'll need before the lift is done?

I actually took mine out and flexed it, unpinned of course and got the measurements with my 33's on. Back bumpstop is PERFECT, not too sure if my front ones will be long enough....
Good thing is that I will install adjustable control arms when I do my swap, and will be able to shift my axle some to get another inch or 2 of clearance...

You can guess based on your estimated lift, tire size, and trimming. The stock ones are 2 1/4" long I believe, and you want to aim for 1.5-2" before the bumps touch when using progressives. They'll compress about to about 60-70% of the original height.

you don't have to drain the fluid to change the pinion seal - it's done from the outside by removing the yoke.

Be nice to have a 33" spare instead of a 31" one
