That kit comes with Trac bar and bracket, brake lines also and it even comes with extended sway bar links and shackles. You don't need a sye with that kit because the cross member has a built in transfer case drop, buddy of mine has this exact kit on 35's with no sye and custom driveshaft and has no vibrations at 65mph

that kit comes with the double shear track-bar, and it comes with shackle, but I plan on doing shackle relocations mounts when I get it anyway as well.
