Ok, so the map is the only sensor I haven't replaced from the throttle body. Is there a way to check it or is it just swap and hope?

Unplug the sensor...
Using a jumper wire, connect terminals A and C (the two outside terminals) to their corrsponding terminals on the plug (connecting them like it was plugged in)
Connect the positive side of an voltmeter to terminal B (center)
Connect negative side of Voltmeter to ground
turn ignition ON (BUT NOT RUNNING)
Reading should be 4.5 to 5 volts
Start the engine and let it warm up
reading should now be different and should fluctuate with RPM
If it doesn't, check the vacuum line on the MAP sensor for blockage/breaks
If the hose and vacuum are ok....sensor is bad
Hope this helps.
EDIT:
Symptoms for a bad MAP Sensor would be comparable to an old vacuum advance on a distributor. The timing retards because the ECM thinks demand is low (typical failure is low).
It can run very rough at a very low rpm and normally die. If you pull the vacuum line to the map sensor, you'll hear what "crap" sounds like. A failing or malfunctioning MAP won't always give you a "check engine light", it depends on what's going "bad" in the sensor.

I've actually got enough parts for a complete 5-5.5" lift
RC 5.5" coils (next to my RE 5.5" coils for comparison)
RE 3.5" extreme duty leaf packs with 1-1.5" RC shackles (Bushings are still in decent shape)
Adjustable Upper and lower control arms with flex joints
I also have a pair of RC Control arm drop brackets
I'd like to get around $500 obo for it all
