Okay guys my friend is having some issues with his 4.0 on his Wrangler. The CEL came on and is throwing a TPS code, it's losing power randomly and almost stalling. Idle is erratic. He replaced the TPS today and cleaned the IAC. Its still throwing the code for the TPS and is still having the same issues. Where would be the next logical place to look?

Check the harness and check the voltages at the tps plug.

I need to get a trans cooler. I went for a scenic 3hr drive through westminister the other day. Jeep preformed beautifully till the trans started throwing fluid out the vent in OD on the way home.
I think all the hills and the little bit of stop and go traffic overheated the fluid. I'm gonna drain and fill it and then look into getting a trans cooler. In other news the engine sounds happier then ever, must have dislodged some carbon deposits.
