careful. Someone posted over on JeepForum that a few guys got busted over there a few weeks back (probably doing something stupid), so chances are they'll be watching it extra well, so don't do anything dumb.

Yes I highly recommend conventional for atleast the first 3K miles then if you REALLY want to you can run a blend but I would stick with conventional. Is the valvetrain all new? I am assuming you have hydraulic lifters... a bad lifter would give you the valve tick aswell as the incorrect valve lash. and yes it could also be a loud injector. Touch the valve covers when it is making the tick, if you can feel it, its not an injector.
I don't know SBC at all. I hardly know the workings of the 4.0L. It had been idling with the A/C on for an hour, so it was about 250° and I wasn't touching anything even with gloves on. I'd be happy to pop the hood for you sometime and grab a couple beers if you're in the area.

Last I heard, it was open again. My Wrangler buddies have been going there a lot lately, and they haven't had any trouble. I was avoiding it, but like I said, i heard it was open. I've been told the signs are gone.

If that caliper isn't dragging when I go out, sure. I'm gonna check the oil level, too, to make sure it hasn't burned up too much.

Text me the address, and I'll see about taking it for a test ride before I embark.

Also, I love waking up to smell of fire, cats and diesel...At first the cats were good...they ate the mice and rats and other ****. Then once all of that was gone, and we kicked the dogs out, the cats became an infestation. Awesome. Army solution- Trap them, humanley (morphine) put them down, and burn them. Worst part: my buddy come outside and goes "damn, that smells good...whats for dinner?" Had to walk away...
