the brake pedal will go to the floor after you push all the fluid out of the calipers, it should "harden" back up after a few pumps.

If it doesn't and there is no leak, you might have a blown master cylinder on your hands.

Thats what i was afraid of. It would explain why they "seized", or just never returned to their correct position.

If you have a normal pedal after a couple pumps you should be fine. I'm in ocean city till Sunday. If you still have issues when I get back I can come take a look.

Doesn't matter...you should build pressure. Check to see if the master is low on fluid first before pumping....refill as necessary.
