Anyway, when are you guys all meeting up next? I'd like to put some faces to the forum names I've talked to a little bit, and yet to know you guys. If anyone wants to meet up tomorrow between 10 and about 4, I'm game.
im working at the shoprite now if you want to stop by, lol

I'm partial to Asus. They tend to have better quality for a reasonable price.
ASUS is really good.

Got my shackles from IronMan4x4 today. They say .5" to 3.5" of adjustability, but these look like they're gonna give me at least 1.5" off the break compared to stock.

Was a huge difference over the stock ones when I installed mine. I unscrewed them about an inch out. Had to get some 14mm x 120mm Class 8.8 bolts to use them with my shackle relocation brackets

x7,567,874,930,129! I have had like 3 HPs (didn't buy one of them). Displays go bad, EVERY one of the batteries I had was bad/went bad after like 6 months, and on top of all that, on two of em, the HP software corrupted my MS Office Software.

I have had Dells, Macs, Sonys and a bunch of other ****. Dells are not as bad as everyone (not on the forum) says. Been using em for 8 years in the Army, no major problems. Sony Vaios are a good product too. Macs are alright, and are better if you are doing a LOT of video and photo editing. Otherwise, not REALLY necessary. (I say all this and I own one, convienient because you don't (really) need to worry about viruses.)

I haven't been a huge fan of Dell since the Vaio line and Asus got big. Still not bad computers, though. I forgot to mention my HP battery died in 4 months. I'm using an aftermarket one now, and that was $40. And Mac used to be good for multimedia editing, but they've dumbed down their systems because Mac is a fad. Frankly, I don't see any reason to own one anymore. You pay more for an equally capable computer, that is designed for people who can't understand PC, and is not upgradable. A lot of people obviously disagree with my opinion, but I don't like anything about them.

Like I said, I always look at Asus first. For a college student who's gonna be doing homework and watching Youtube, I'd probably look at the Vaio. And like I said, it has a bluray player. That certainly doesn't hurt.

Yeah, Macs quality has gone down with the faddish ****. And the Vaio BR player is ****ing awesome, I didn't know they were doing that...I might be in the market for a new computer now...
