Don't worry, HO Jeeps weren't eligible for the program because the EPA said their mileage is too good. On their list of excluded vehicles, they included the 1992 Jeep Comanche 4WD as well as the 1993 Comanche 2WD. Great intel from our government, as always

Just got my Wiki learn on, didnt know they had to disable them as part of the program... What a drepressing job for most. Must have been a bunch of Hippies running the recycling centers that participated lol
