Dealing with insurance, police, tow company, impound yard, and Enterprise for a rental last night and this morning.
If the hassle continues, someone is going to end up with an injury that they will remember for life

Physically okay, wife ended up with just a bump on her head, Ashlyn found it funny and laughed. I'd be impressed if the car isn't declared total. Portion of the trunk is in the back seat. Just finding it very ridiculous and frustrating dealing with the aftermath of people and the run around.

Why don't you tell us how you really feel?

Which car was it? Wife's bump...she good? Take her to the doctor anyway...there can be residuals from accidents and you don't want left holding the bag that his insurance should pay for.

Don't your neck and back hurt?

Sorry to hear it though Scott...I hate when my life is up-ended by the stupidity of others....

Was the wifes Nissan Altima. I'm fine, tried talking the wife into going to doctor, but she wouldn't.
Politely told the driver my philosophy on life and how he was lucky that the accident didn't occur on a secluded road.

Oh, that's the kicker, driver wasn't insured. Part of why there is such a hassle at the moment

Lots of police, fire and rescue dealing with it after, and Maryland resident, but not Maryland licensed.

how long has he been in Maryland? You're required by LAW to transfer everything to Maryland within 60 days, including your DL.
