not true, no propulsion means no sticker/registration,so its fine as a car-topper/pond hopper, YOU DONT have to register a boat with human power only!,,but be relentless on the title acquistion

Yeah, if it doesnt have a motor its useless. Im not gonna cover enough water to fish effectively. I might as well shore fish.

Not sure what media blasting is....but I have an old portable sandblaster that you can have....it needs some cleaning

My lift never settled. I've not measured but everyone who's seen it irl says its more then 3. Just fyi..
