So what about these? I could pull these off my adjustable LCA's and save even more $. They're RE Superflex joints 2.5" with 1.25-12 thread

I could probably install JJ's on these shackles too for a little moar flecks in the **** huh?

I know creeper joints have 40 degrees of rotation. Since yoi do not need more than that...bushings at the axle end provide a smoother ride and better ride control.

Question for you guys. This winter i am planning on installing a real lift to ditch the blocks and spacers. Looking at a full 3.5" super flex. Is an extra inch with spacers and shackles worth it to give the 31 more clearance or should i just install stops? With a discoed front is it possible for the 31s to hit the fender or flares at 4.5"?

you don't want to do that. There is no trackbar in the rear to keep the axle from shifting side to side, just the spring bushings. The movement will be very unpredicatable. Same reason revolver shackles never caught on.
