Here is the scoop, garret and i pulled the old motor, which was a pain, took longer than normal, but got it done with a lot of shaking. Get the new motor in, starts up, little rough like it isnt firing on a cylinder. Check the plugs cause we had spark, did a tune up, then it wont start. The bypass jeep put in for the cps was on the exhaust manifold. Fixed the section, still no start. Got home at 4 am (thanks for the ride garrett)
Today, had to pack everyone into the car and go up there, bought a new cps on the way. Install it, motor still turns over great. No start. Have my stepson crank it over while i put a plug on the block, have spark. All 6 cylinders. So im stumped. I check the schrader valve, and it has no fuel. Fuel pump primes, so i take my FPR off the old motor and replace it. Same deal.
End result, have spark, no fuel pressure.
Hypothesis, i pinched a fuel line either taking the motor out or putting it in. I had to leave, and garrett said he would check tomorrow.
Steve, your trailer is with my truck.
In barnesville.
Sorry for the long story but if yall have any idea what else it could be, lemme know.

Good fuel pump...no pressure at the rail = trace the fuel line all the way back...it is obstructed somewhere.

Welcome back. I'm a fan of Sylvania Silverstars if you want a direct replacement. I'd also talk to Jake about making a wiring harness. It'll help with the light output, and it'll greatly reduce the risk of a melting headlight switch
Thanks Tim. Having computer issues, a terminally ill dad,and my own health stuff has kept me away. I missed you guys

Evening Yawl,
Today while cleaning black beauty I was pressure washing it and knocked off one of my rear bumpstops, which made me check the other side, and with a little wiggle it broke free. What is a good replacement for them??? And/Or is OEM just as good?
thanks in advance.
