Ok so I was going to do a oil change tonight and the filler cap will not come out of the valve cover just clicks as I turn it how do I get it out?

Grab as low on it as you can. They are two piece caps. Mine did the same thing.

Use a screwdriver to pop the valve cover off. Use pliers to unscrew the rest once the cover is off.
