Jon i re-read this do i really have to pop the vavle cover off and isn't bolted on.

Yeah. Pry it off and there will be a plastic piece left that you unscrew. Cover pops right back on.

think he thought you meant the whole valve cover, not the plastic piece on the cap....lol.

Thats exactly what he thinks and Johns not helping the situation by clarifying. Jester, he means the CAP cover. Not the complete valve cover.
