3M makes an eraser bit that goes on a drill that will take it off quickly.

Yes...97+ have a sealed tailcone....

96- you will throw all the fluid out running without the shaft....

Ive heard good things about a rubbing wheel you can put in a drill. I would believe most auto part stores carry them.
