Cool, I am looking to get it done over next 12 months. No hurry, just want to do it right. I can drywall and frame like its my job, just have zero basement experience. I can make beer flow...actually want to get a kegerator when I get back...

Shirley, dont volunteer me to do ****. Ill tell you why. I get off at 330 and to going to bowie state. Not mikes. If i go to mikes after bowie state, its out of my way. Im not wheeling with 4 tires in the back. Oh yeah and a muffler.
Yes i will pick them up when it is convenient for me.
Dont do that again. I would have volunteered myself if i could do it.
