Brian btw did you say the auto shop had a media blaster for smallish parts?
I have a small media blaster at my work. I can pick up the parts you need done and take care of it Tuesday. We can go to auto shop on Thursday or Friday.

I'm not driving out to Westminster. But hey, lucky for you I documented each step exactly:

https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f67/du...houghts-84046/

Basically, pop off the drag link and remove the pitman arm, unscrew the PS lines from the box, loosen the steering shaft bolt, unbolt the old box and pull it off the shaft, install the new framerail spacer and washers as required to make the new box fit, slide the new box on the steering shaft and bolt it up to the frame, tighten the steering shaft nut up, swap the pitman arm to the new box, reconnect the PS lines, bleed the PS system, and reconnect the drag link.

If you run into issues or have questions give me a call 484.639.4910.

Justin

I'll take one!
