I was expecting it to have 14" slicks to put that power to ground, but it's running on 305/50/20s

yeah i dont see to many diesel drag trucks with slicks unless they are in the 9s on the show Pass Times... i always just see them running stockies i guess whatever works .

Anyone seen a good write up on building some flat flares out of round stock and sheet metal? Screw paying $400 for some plastic ones I've got a 4'x8' sheet of 16 GA so I think fabbing some is what I'll do.

So.......
The police just stopped by. Apparently my 4x8 trailer is not allowed to be parked on the street outside of my neighborhood or in my neighborhood. Anyone local got a place i can park it? It has to be moved today.

My friend can rebuild it and only charge me for parts, but the rest of drivetrain will probably need to be replaced.

that's dumb. we have people around here that do it all the time. I guess it's a local law or something. if you were near me I'd offer my place, but I'm not...
