Problem is he most likely paid that to a clerk who works at a desk and isn't a cop. I've had my share of tickets since I moved here, and I understand the frustration, but I've never given money to a cop to pay my fine.

Same. My '01 had several holes in the pass side, and i never pulled driver side carpet. My '88 just has surface rust.

True...I don't hardly ever write tickets, too busy. I'd write more if I could collect the fines...THEN I could rival Frosty for most Jeeps haha
