that is exactly what your Idle Air Control (IAC)does, if its cold out it raises your idle RPM to keep it from stalling and also warm it up faster and keep oil circulation

Finally gotten around to the roof rack pics I'm asking $80 its super strong an will hold a ton. Just really heavy.
