the sub wire isnt connected to anything. i just haven't taken it out yet. ill get an inline fuse to use, but is 12 gauge wire good enough?

oh yea more than enough. I connected mine to the fuse box like alex did though - key off CB off, just in case i forget.

ill look at doing that, but idk if ill be able to(terrible with electric and what not). i can get an inline fuse for free and an entire role of 12 gauge wire. and i have a boat load of butt connectors.
