Either way, it is still a budget lift. If I can get the discount, I'll try. The used track bars I've seen cost almost as much as new ones, so if they'll discount it, the price should be about the same anyway. And I have my moments, I know. I don't normally stress like this, but it's the timeframe. I'll be calm again, lifted or not, once I get home.

I lifted mine with the stock front track bar, was just a matter of relocating the axle mounting hole I'm still running on stock control arms, stock brake lines, I cut and extended my rear track bar. I would still be running that except it wouldn't pass MD inspection I had death wobble when I first installed lift, replaced LCA bushings and track bar bushing to clear up.
I am looking at a house in Aberdeen right now. As soon as I get word from the Landlord I am going to be getting him some money and plan on moving sometime in Feb. Once I get my "shop" setup, I will be able to help more of you guys out, as I will have more freedom than where I am at now to work on jeeps
It also cuts my drive time to work down to 15 min versus 45-1hr one way..

Don't rush things, that's when you make mistakes and end up with more problems than what it is worth.
If you want, I can call Josh at IROR, I have talked with him a few times on the phone and he is a hell of a nice guy.
BTW, when Connie starts her build thread, you will see a budget built XJ capable of hanging with the big dogs

I'm just doing ~3". It isn't budget on principle, but due to lack of funds. I know in the grand scheme of things, this lift is meaningless, and it really makes no difference if I get it done before I go home. I understand that. But you gotta look at it from my side. You guys know how much I love my Jeep, cause we all do. I may not be able to go home again for a year, and I wanna show it off instead of driving back with my busted-*** rig.
There's my calm explanation lol. I gotta head out to work, though.

I will throw my self out there as well to help those that need it. Just like Mike I've been building mine for over a year. I love my Jeep and it just takes time.
