jake you still looking for a TC? Realized today the guy I got my axles/gears/locker from has a NP231 21 spline with a 2low kit for $150, or at least he did when he last updated the list at the end of April. May be worth a shot?

Now that you say that... I think this bolt is the culprit . What is it called and how can I fix it. I think it is not threading correctly. Like it doesn't tighten.

I THINK it's just a standard gr.8 bolt passing though the heim and misalignment spacers, one with a nice long smooth shank before the threaded portion. Should be easy enough to unbolt and bring the old bolt to ACE or Lowe's and get a new one. Don't forget that safety washer when you put it back together.

I know...I am talking to a guy about a double shear bracket now.
