I did have a lift, but I didn't have to remove my shock or coil sping to get to the bushings. The long bolt went right through the coils giving me plenty of room.

The tool was worth every penny especially after hearing of all sorts of horror stories of people cutting them out or burning the rubber part out and then cutting the sleeve to get it out. Sorry for the crappy pictures, I used my cell phone in a hurry.

JKS recommended to use the factory bushings so I did. Should I have used WJ bushings? I didn't even know that was possible.

It is. They are a slight upgrade because of the inner sleeve. XJ OEM are knurled, which can wallow out. The WJ OEM are not knurled, so fit snugger and last longer. Direct swap.
